Insurances in Maryland

We are now able to accept Medicare and TriCare and commercial Optum, Cigna, Aetna, and CareFirst. We are in process with commercial Medicare add-on plans. We are not participating with any state insurance plans at this time. Please check back for updates.

Rates

Psychiatric Evaluations

60 min initial evaluation - $250

Every patient new to Sarah needs an initial psychiatric evaluation. We will review your history and current symptoms, establish a working diagnosis, and review treatment plan options, which may include medication, supplements, and lifestyle changes.

Medication Management Sessions

15-30 min session - $200

Once care is established, all patients require regular follow-up sessions to evaluate therapeutic effects of the treatment plan.

A superbill will be provided for self-pay patients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to determine eligibility.
