Insurances in Maryland

We are now able to accept TriCare and commercial plans Optum, Cigna, Aetna, and CareFirst. We are not participating with any state insurance plans at this time. Please check back for updates.

Rates

Psychiatric Evaluations

60 min initial evaluation - $250

Every patient new to Sarah needs an initial psychiatric evaluation. We will review your history and current symptoms, establish a working diagnosis, and review treatment plan options, which may include medication, supplements, and lifestyle changes.

Medication Management Sessions

15-30 min session - $200

Once care is established, all patients require regular follow-up sessions to evaluate therapeutic effects of the treatment plan.

A superbill will be provided for self-pay patients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to determine eligibility.
